Thang Long Hotel and Dong Do Hotel (the hotel opposite) belong to the same host, who comes from the north of Vietnam. Thang Long and Dong Do are the names of Ha Noi, the kingdom of ancient Vietnam.

Ms Le Thi Ngoc Tram is 32 years old, and is the manager of these hotels. She is youthful, enthusiastic and friendly. She often stays at the hotel reception to welcome their customers and talk to them; exchanging cultures, knowledge and information to help them enjoy their trip in Saigon, and learn new things in the process! She is very happy to receive emails and letters from her customers about their fantastic holidays, especially when they come back again and again. She really loves her job and thinks that as well as learning from books, what she learns and puts into practice every day will help ensure she continues to learn more about the world, and enable her to provide only the best service.
