Dong Do Hotel and Thang Long Hotel belong to the same host. He comes from the North of Vietnam. Thang Long and Dong Do are the names of Ha Noi, the kingdom of Vietnam in the past.

Ms Le Thi Ngoc Tram, 32 years old, is the manager of these hotels. She is youthful, enthusiastic and friendly. She often stays at the hotel reception to welcome their customers and talk to them as well as the exchanging of cultures, knowledge and information to help them enjoy their trip in Saigon. She is very happy to receive emails, and letters from her customers about their fantastic holidays, coming back again and again. She really loves her job and thinks that as well as learning from books, what she learns and puts into practice every day will help ensure she continues to learn, and provides only the best service.
